You can return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your original order.* The product must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without post labels. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please login to your account to request a Return Merchandise

The RMA must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a RMA or those do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of ETQ. All goods will be inspected on return. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package. It can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
